My Approach to Nutrition & Training is Simple, Yet Powerful.

I believe that nourishing the body properly impacts every aspect of health—from energy levels, immune function to mood ,long-term disease prevention, fertility, and athletic performance. While medications can be helpful when needed, addressing challenges through targeted nutrition first can make a meaningful difference in how you feel and perform. Training is designed to complement this approach, turning weaknesses into strengths, improving your resilience and strength, and reducing injury risk—all while supporting a foundation of wellness from the inside out.

 

I have personally gone through a season where I struggled with an eating disorder, exercised excessively, had very poor health and yet I had convinced myself that I was “healthy”. I was always chasing a lower number on the scale and starving myself. I lost my menstrual cycle for years, had frequent musculoskeletal injuries, chest pain, skin and hair issues, frequent illness, and it took awhile to recover and to get to the point where I am today. 

Improving my nutrition and training has transformed every aspect of my life, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same impact. I guide clients to take control of their health and build a stronger, healthier body—because true well-being cannot be bought, it must be earned through consistent effort and smart choices. My goal is to provide the education, structure, and support needed to create lasting change and help you reach your full potential.

Nutriton Programs

Nutrition Only

This program can be for a variety of people, if you have limited knowledge about nutrition and feel like you need to learn more to improve your health, you have chronic health issues and want to start feeling better and manage symptoms better through nutritional changes, or you just need accountability because you are not consistent with your diet and need to work on your relationship with food this program could be for you!
 

This is perfect for you if:

* Want personalized nutrition & accountability

* You're trying to manage nutrition with underlying health conditions

* You lack energy, have digestive issues, or menstrual irregularities

* You want to improve body image and self esteem

* You want to manage your weight better and be consistent

 

This is not a good fit for you if:

X - You prefer short-term solutions over a thoughtful, long-term investment in your health. 

X - You’re unwilling to actively participate by sharing feedback, challenges, and experiences throughout the process

X - You’re only interested in aesthetic outcomes — while physical changes can occur, the priority is health, performance, and long-term well-being

 

Pricing: 12 week program $1290 / 24 week program $1770

Nutrition for Sports Performance 

This program is for those who are already active, whether that is play sports, training regularly, already having a personal trainer. The purpose is to support your athletic endeavors and find areas to optimize your nutrition in order to perform better, recover faster, reduce risk of injury, and maintain overall health. Athletes need to be on top of their nutrition because that is what fuels your performance and many times it is not as prioritized as the activity or sport itself!
 

This is perfect for you if:

* Feel like you are training consistently but are not seeing the physique or performance changes you expected.

* Are you wanting to take  your performance to the next level but feel your body can’t handle the intensity or volume of training?

* Have never taken time to optimize your diet to improve athletic performance

*Have underlying health issues that can make training difficult and you constantly have to adjust your training plan and need more support.

* Want to train hard but not get injured or run yourself into the ground; longevity is important to you!

 

This is not a good fit for you if:

X - You prefer short-term solutions over a thoughtful, long-term investment in your health. 

X - You’re unwilling to actively participate by sharing feedback, challenges, and experiences throughout the process

X - You’re not committed to exercising regularly. I may suggest adding or taking away certain elements of your current training routine. Nutrition advice is also based on your activity level and intensity and so commitment to tracking and making adjustments is important. (*This program is based on your own workout routine or sports, I do not provide you with a specific training plan)

Nutrition & Online Training Combined

This program is for those who need a structured workout program to follow or who feel stuck and need a more personalized program to help them improve as well as personalized nutrition advice to help them not only perform better but to improve their overall health.

This is perfect for you if:

* You’re committed to optimizing your health, performance, and overall quality of life
* You’re looking for customized nutrition and structured workouts that fit your lifestyle
* You want consistent accountability and guidance from a professional who truly listens

 

This is not a good fit for you if:

X - You prefer short-term solutions over a thoughtful, long-term investment in your health
X - You’re not committed to regular training alongside nutrition support (this program includes a training program that is expected to be followed)
X - You’re unwilling to actively participate by sharing feedback, challenges, and experiences throughout the process
X - You’re only interested in aesthetic outcomes — while physical changes can occur, the priority is health, performance, and long-term well-being
